Body Trivia : stomach dies not melt by stomach juice

Why doesn't a stomach melt by stomach juice?

When stomach gives stomach juice, it gives a material called a gastric mucosa at the same time.
In addition, it is because an ingredient (mucin) protecting the wall of the stomach is included in stomach juice.
When stomach is taken out of the body and put into stomach juice, it melts.
Due to stress or strong strain the stomach may stop giving
the gastric mucosa.
Then the stomach juice makes a hole in the wall of the stomach and suffers from a gastric ulcer.
The time for making a hole is only five seconds.
