The body gets older for one year just to lie down without moving even in just two days.
 
 Muscle weakness is a significant factor of the aging.
Even if an adult is ordinarily living, the muscle strength is declining gradually. 
The muscle strength falls 1 % a year by an average from thirties. 
It is during we lie down when we do not use muscular strength. 
0.5% of muscular strength decreases in a day when we keep lying down. 
In two days, it is decreased by 0.5% * 2 = 1%.
