Science Trivia : Why supercooled (minus 15℃ or 5°F) cola starts to freeze?

The second you open the cap of supercooled (minus 15℃ or 5°F) cola, it starts to freeze. Why?

By opening the plug of cola which was supercooled state at minus 15 ℃ or less, carbon dioxide gas solved in the cola was vaporized.
The surface temperature fell by vaporization heat of this opening.
Furthermore, the core of the crystal to become the solid was created by the shock of opening.
Water molecules are aligned as ice and the water has grown up suddenly.
