Health Trivia : UV rays are the strongest at partially cloudy day

As for the day when ultraviolet rays are the strongest, it is not the clear day but the day when the sun shines you from the gap of the cloud covering the sky.




It is assumed ultraviolet rays from the sun toward direct you to be 100 at the time of fine weather. 
When the sun shines from the gap the cloud, the total volume of ultraviolet rays becomes 130 because ultraviolet rays are scattered by the cloud around the sun and reach you 30 more. 
You should pay more attention to ultraviolet rays at the days of partially cloudy skies.
