As shown in the figure below, nine points are at the vertex of the four squares. 
An insect leaves A and moves to the next point every second. 
How many ways of moving the insect is at B 6 seconds later are there? 
It can pass points and sides more than twice.

Write the number of ways to move until the insect arrives at each vertex as shown in a figure below. 
For example number of moving ways arriving at a central point 4 seconds later becomes the total of arriving way at four red points 3 seconds later. 
It's 5 + 5 + 3 + 3 = 16 ways.
